Every effort is made to control the cost of your medical care. When scheduling your initial appointment our office staff will obtain your insurance information but if your insurance plan requires a referral from your primary care provider, this is your responsibility.

This office is a MEDICARE participating provider. If you do not have a supplemental policy, the 20% portion of the Medicare allowable fee will be collected at the time of your visit. We are also participating providers with BLUE CROSS/BLUE SHIELD, UNITED HEALTHCARE, AETNA, AvMED, CIGNA, PHCS Network and several other insurance companies.

We make every effort to verify your insurance coverage prior to your initial consultation; however, this verification is not a guarantee of payment. We recommend you contact your insurance company to verify your insurance coverage for any testing scheduled by this office at an outside facility. You are hereby advised that Advanced Neurology of the Palm Beaches is NOT responsible for any charges incurred for services rendered outside of our office.

Any questions regarding insurance matters should be discussed with a member of our Billing Staff. We are happy to assist you in obtaining maximum benefits; however, INSURANCE CLAIMS ARE FILED AS A COURTESY, THE MEDICAL CARE PAYMENT CONTRACT IS BETWEEN YOU AND YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY, THEREFORE, THE BALANCE IS ULTIMATELY THE PATIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY.
